Looking for low-mid graphics card

Whats the best buy for around 100-130 dollars? No preferences, ati or nvidia. Just going to be playing valve games, nothing amazing like crysis. Most taxing thing I will play is probably call of duty world at war.

It'll run a gtx 260 fine, with no problem whatsoever.

If you don't mind used gear, check out craigslist. I bought a MSI HD3850 for only $40. But I talked to the guy alot and he was decent enough to let me see it working before purchasing it.

Micro Center has them for $159 on sale right now. I just saw 5 in stock at my local store today at this price. BFG

That just doesn't seem powerful enough for me though. I am starting to think the 250gts seems like a good choice.

Sorry for the double post, but I did some research. I have a $120 max, and the gts250 seems to be the best in that area. Any more opinions?
