looking for mobo advice

I am looking to upgrade to a faster processor and a new mobo, but I am on a very tight budget . tigerdirect.com has a combo; celeron D 340 2.93Ghz and a chaintech u-ATX (what is u-ATX?) mobo for $60. Anyone have other cheap suggestions? Or comments on this combo? Any help is greatly appreciated!

MicroATX, a motherboard that is smaller than standard ATX boards (usually about halfsize). The downside is the board's functionality is usually a bit more limited.

Whats the budget?
 
the board/cpu/512memory/heatsink is about $120. i Dont really want to go more than 130. also, what is "burn in?" Thanks again!
 
it means they have it running for a certain amount of time, either jsut leaving it on or running benchmarks and so on. So they can make sure that it doesnt crash after an hour.
