Looking for Motherboard

Hello everyone,

I am the user of a Acer Aspire M3641, and my Motherboard has recently died.
We looked some stuff up, and we are sure that it's dead and that it's due to the Motherboard (Every thing else is perfectly fine!).

Here is the computer:

Here are the stats of the Motherboard: http://www.skyline-eng.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=6943

So, I need to know a few things;
-Should I look for a better Motherboard?
-Should I buy the same Motherboard to have the exact same again?
-We found my same Motherboard on Ebay for $99, can I find anything better at that price?
-Will I have any problems in the future because of the processor if I try to change (for example) my graphic card?

Thanks again.

PS: The graphic card I have right now on the Computer is a Nvidia Gefore 9500 GS (512 Mo).. And i play world of Warcraft with a 40-60 framerate.. and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 without lagging.

Mobo with existing CPU, consider these.

If you are going to upgrade the CPU, I don't recommend you get LGA775 because it will become obsolute soon.
AMD Phenom II/ Athlon II with DDR2 RAM is the way to go if you are not planning to get new RAM.
Or go for Core i3 with LGA1156 and DDR3 RAM
