Looking for new Monitor

I have been look for a new monitor for a replacement for my 15" monitor. I have come between these to. i was wondering what some of you computer experts thought.

That Westinghouse is an odd resolution!

DONT get the Westinghouse. If you can, get the Samsung.

These are the 2 best ones at my local store here. I have been reading about the bleeding on the samsung. Does anybody know about this.

Bleeding is a common thing on LCD's, though funnily enough I've used a few LCD's in my time and never had any bleeding. The best thing to do is ask for a demonstration like I did with mine and look for any defects.
