Looking for pc under $200 on ebay.

I am looking for a pc for my grandfather on ebay for $200 or less. He has cancer and doesn't get out much and recently he has been using an old crappy pc and getting into the internet. He really likes the internet but dislikes how slow his pc is and I want to try my best to make him happy and give him a decent pc to surf the net and play the many card games he loves to play.

I have an extra $200 right now, Can anyone help me find something in that range that would be good for him?
I found this, what do you guys think? Do you think there is better for the price? If so please post a link.

Have you considered buying an SSD for him and installing windows to that? Would be much faster most likely, depending on how old his old one actually is.

His pc is an old dell optliplex he bought from a government facility that maxes out at 512mb ram. It a piece of crap. I do not think ssd will help much at all.

I also saw the same thing and looked at ram which was about $60 for it and figured I will throw down $200 and get him something better all together. All he needs to do is be able to run firefox and his card games. I want to do my best and make sure the internet especially loads nicely for him, he complains a lot about his slow pc and is always calling me to check it out lol.
 
You sure there isn't a ton of adware, etc on his machine? Maybe grandpa likes his porn. If I was him I would.

lol, no. I just reinstalled windows for him the other week and he did not like how slow it was. He is new to the internet and does not even know how to find porn. I did tell him he could type in porn etc into google if he was interested in it but that is not why this pc is slow.
