Looking for simple Printer lock software

Hello friends

I work on multi user PC in my workplace.I have installed many printers on my PC
Local and network (through LAN).I want to lock any printing job from my PC
so that nobody can use the printers from my PC without my permission.
Can I do this in windows XP pro without any third party softwares ?

Any simple freeware available for this ?

we have to log in through single password to run our departmental software.
the present method in windows will not help me.I think I need some locking software
if available.
