Looking for software that will record whats on my monitor

I want to be able to record what's going on on my screen. Like in this vid when he's using pshop:

How can I do that? Is there a program that will do it?

Windows media encoder. Free from the microsoft website.

Version 7 or 9 will do; do a google search.
