Looking for Software to manage Customers and Payments

Hey, i run a web design website, and we also host peoples websites.

Is there a peice of software out there that i can use that will allow me to insert information about each customer and also make it so it will alert me if their payment is due for hosting and things like that.

I don't mind having to pay for the software.

You could go with Quicken/Quickbooks which is quite popular or you could use software like K-Billing that is specific to invoicing.
