looking for some CPU/case fans

Hey all, I'm looking to replace the fan on my 212+ and also add another. Looking for something powerful but still quiet enough. I may be getting a FX8150 so I'm looking to get the most out of my cooler. Do I need to get 4-pin connectors for it since its my CPU fan? I don't mind if it is at full power all the time, so I'm not sure if I could get away with 3-pin connectors or 4-pin molex. Any suggestions/help would be nice.
 
Technically, you don't have to get a 4-pin fan at all for you cpu cooler. I'm not sure if you need to turn off that option in your BIOS, I know in mine I don't have to. The cooler master r4's push air through pretty good and they don't sound too loud either. The gentle typhoons are great fans but run a little louder.
