Hello comrades

I have planned to buy new desktop for multimedia work.
I have to keep my budget within Rupees 50000/- ( nearly US $ 1000 ).

My work relates to multimedia contents, like,
- editing video-audio files
- create large movies in macromedia flash
- Copying and storing large video ( above 5 GB ) files
- Burning DVDs ( 8 GB ) with captured movies
- Blue ray disk support
- MIDI support for creating playback music with Musical keyboard
- Use of Photoshop,Flash and other high end graphics and animation
software

When I went online, the details of comparison even more confused.
I don't get what I exactly want there.
I need help and comments from Hardware experts of our community.
Please help to buy the best for me.

Is your total budget for the computer Rupees 50000($1000 USD), or for the motherboard and processor?

If it's for $1000 for just the mobo and processor I would have to recommend a Intel i7 4790k Quadcore ($335) with a (Edit):ASRock Fatal1ty Z97X Killer ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
If it's for the whole computer let me know and I'll pick out a different motherboard and processor that will still fit your needs. No matter what you're going to want an i7 though! The i7 is the fastest out of the iSeries and is optomized for performance. For the motherboard, AdSRock is a strong brand and highly reliable, I would recommend this one highly to you. Fairly decent chipset and transfer rate for the money and well labeled!

Those are incompatible my friend.... Gain some more knowledge before you post.

Thats an LGA 1150 CPU with a 1155 board.

Heres a good overall build.

I know prices are quite a bit more in India, so maybe try going with a cheaper video card to save some cash

Woops, let me edit that then, I believed I saw 1155! Thanks for that critique.

Here's a build I threw around for under $1000. http://pcpartpicker.com/user/FirstBuildPC/saved/6n6Pxr Add keyboard and graphics card of your choice. I added a relatively weak-midrange graphics card.

The 4790k is a socket 1150 processor, just Google it. So it won't work with the 1155 board.

Edit: Actually the specs match up, both the CPU and Mobo are 1155. Could you provide some evidence as to how the CPU is 1150?

Cheap PSU and not so great case

Just no.... At least get the corsair cx430 psu and and a 750ti. If you plan on upgrading video card then you will need a higher wattage psu. Always buy psu first and then get your other components. Psu is the backbone of your system.
