Looking into a new laptop

So I am looking for a new laptop this year, MY Vaio is going on three this year and is still running good but I do like to replace before something bad does happen and not to mention some new hardware might be nice.

I was looking at the Lenovo Yoga but it is running Windows RT and I was wondering if I am right in assuming that Windows RT will not get all the same applications as Windows 8 64 Bit due to it's different hardware? Or do you all think Windows RT may be more successful?

The other one I am looking at is the Sony Vaio Duo 11

I am looking for something ultra book that can be a laptop and tablet when needed and if Windows 8 will have more features then something without RT, currently the only thing I can find is this Vaio. Thoughts on RT or other models hat can do the same thing?

RT version is not same as pro.

Levono has ThinkPad twist
Other you can consider is dell xps convertiable. Asus taichi/ transformer book is coming soon
samsung Ativ smartpc is another one.

I am very aware that Windows RT and Windows Pro is different, What I was asking and I will reword is which one do you think developers will favor?

I like that Lenovo Twist, how do you think that screen would hold up though as far as not breaking from the keyboard being that I will more then likely have that computer 2-3 year.
