looking to change processor in laptop

i have an hp pavilion dv6500 laptop, i want to swap out the cpu to intel. amd is in there now. what would be some compatible cpus?
 
You can't switch from amd to intel, different sockets and most of the time you can't change the cpu in laptops anyway. You will have to get a different laptop.
 
It's not so much changing the parts but making them work. Also, you'll need to clean out the hard drive and reinstall the OS. Also, due to the hardware change, you may have to reactivate the OS with Microsoft.

No, it's exactly changing the parts that is the problem. There would be no making them work. The socket wouldn't accept an Intel CPU. There are no compatible Intel CPU's for that laptop because of the motherboard being made for AMD.
