Looking to get a new graphics card

I’m looking to get either the XFX - ATI RADEON HD 4650 1GB DDR2 PCI Express Graphics Card or the Galaxy - NVIDIA GeForce 9500GT 1GB DDR2 PCI Express Graphics Card (or something else you may deem useful). I want to play Street Fighter IV on my PC. Any suggestions? I’m looking to spend $100 or a tad bit more. Below are the recommended specs for the game and the specs for what I currently have:

My CPU:
3.4 GHZ Intel Pentium D Dual Core Processor
1GB RAM
80 GB Hard Drive (have two external drives with 500gb of space)
DVD/CDRW Combo Drive
Radeon X1300 Graphics Card

Based on your specs I don't think you'll be able to play that game, even with a new GPU.

I think with something like this and another gig of ram would let you play the game just fine.
