Looking To OverClock AMD Athlon 64 3200+

This is the first time I have ever overclocked anything, so i decided to go out and buy an emachines with an AMD Athlon 64 3200+ processor running at 2.00 GHz. I was wondering how i would over clock it to about 2.5 GHz.
Specs are as follows:
eMachines T6000
2.00 GHz AMD Athlon 64 3200+
1 GB RAM
128 MB nVidia FX 5200
Windows Vista Home Premium
I was wondering if OverClocking this machine is possible or not.

If it has the stock eMachines motherboard, no most OEM motherboards bios have the overclocking features either removed or disabled.
 
you can try to use some software to do it, not sure what all will, just google and see, but the bios will almost definitely have it removed or disabled.
 
As a former Emachines owner (three of 'em) I can confirm what these guys are saying. No overclocking available in an Emachines BIOS.
