I changed my settings in msconfig/boot.ini to start in safe mode. Apparently my computer isn't starting in safe mode for some reason, I'm not sure why. Everytime it tries to go to safe mode, it restarts itself and repeats the same thing. How would I change the msconfig/boot.ini setting without getting into windows? This is probably easier than I'm thinking, but I would appreciate any help.
