Looping A Video Clip

I have a clip I want to loop..

I would like the program to be pretty precise, since I want it to start the loop at a certain point and end it, to have it repeat itself.



Free or Pay, doesn't matter.

Windows Movie Maker, and then just keep on looping it.

Or in WMP, just have repeat on.

Hmm, I tried WMM, and it was skipping the parts I needed.. It was like making its own chapters..
