Looks pretty good. What do you use the computer for? You could "downgrade" the CPU to a 3570k and have extra money for a 7870 or similar.

850w is overkill for only one card. 650-750w would be plenty.

Look for a Z77 chipset for the motherboard.

Do you have a hard drive?

Other than that, looks pretty good.

I get a deal, the power supply and mobo go hand in hand. Just added the hard drive details.
Thanks for your input :D
This is by no means a finalised product.

Computer is used mainly for gaming, can you please talk more about this Z77 chip?

If this is being used for gaming, as I think it is because of a Gaming GPU you picked, you do NOT need a i7, a i7 is good because of hyper threading, and it would be like a 5FPS difference in games, so not worth the extra $100.Get a Get a i5 3570k for $60 cheaper, and thab with the money saved, get a HD 7850 for $50 more on newegg, and now you have saved $10 toatal. Now get a thermaltake frio advanxed at amazon.com/gp/product/B007UIX1R4?ie=UTF8&force-full-site=1&ref=aw_bottom_links Now you are $5 extra, that hyper 212 is a fine budget solution, but this frio will be great. Now, dont forget, you only need a aftermarket cpu cooler for overclocking.
