Lost Fan Control

Just upgraded to Win 10 (from 7) and lost the utility to adjust the fan speeds. I have the ATI Radeon HD 4800 series and when I tried loading the suite from their web site, I keep getting an error message saying that it cannot load. However the driver is installed correctly. Any ideas?
 
It looks like they wouldn't be updating legacy drivers for Windows 10. MS provides a generic display driver but you lose a lot of features.

You might be able to manually install some 13.4 beta drivers or similar from 8.1, but nothing is officially supported for that card on your new OS.
