Hi.. I am currently working with a gateway w323-ui1 laptop. For some reason or other, I have lost the drivers for my network controller(wireless card). I contacted gateway, and of course my warranty is up. But the gentleman was nice enough to tell me that it was a broadcom wireless card and where I could find the drivers. The file he had me download was bcm40100.exe. Upon running this file, it created a directory called cabs in c: but did not install any drivers...or at least none that work. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to get this card working?
