Lost password for a zip

I have a WinRAR zip file and all the files in it are passworded. and I can't remember the password:

does anyone know how I can get into it, and open it?

is it even possible that you can break in to a winRAR zip file?

I have also heard that there is a programme that can take the contents of zip file and rip it form the "passworded" and move it somewhere else unharmed and not passworded. is this true?

Hi, you are talking about cracking a passworded Zip file which is against the rules of this forum.
How can we believe that this file is really your's and not password protected by someone else?

However, if this is true, please do not talk about the zip cracking software. You must understand that this is against the rules.
