lost RAM?

A7V880 ASUS mother board which has 4 DIMM slots for PC 3200.

I have been running 3 strips, 2x512MB and a 256MB (all OCZ Performance). System has been showing 1250MB/RAM

I have installed like brand and model 1024MB strip. It now shows 1750MB total, what gives?

They arnt all exatly 512MB and 256MB, theres only a few MB's +/- in a Memory Module, OCZ might have a few less MB's, either that or you have integrated video thats using 6-10MB of your RAM.

1. Where are you getting these numbers?
2. Are you absolutely sure you've got the numbers right?

That board doesnt have onboard video
