Lost the permission of the folders

Hi,

Plz, save my life

I lost the permissions of the folders.

I have main folder with subfolders. Each subfolder specified for a department and the staff of that department has permission to read & write.

I changed the sharing for the main folder
a window asking change settings or not , I clicked yes change.

I found all the permissions removed from the subfolders .It takes time to return permission for each account one by one.

Is there any solution to redo these changes.

Right click on the root folder of all folders, select Security, Advanced, add your and any other user names, press find. Then ensure that you select the override daughter/child inherited permissions boxes and select apply.
