Lots of "temporary files".

I don't think its 10-20gb. Thats outrageous. Unless its temp files from when you burn CD/DVD's. Normally it would take months and months to accumulate that many temp files just browsing the internet.

It accumulates something like 10-20 GB per week because the last two weeks I've deleted 12GB of temp files and I don't burn anything that requires temp files. I mean this PC visits like 2000 pages a day because I use it a lot as does my family so maybe is IS just my web cache?
 
Next time, download and run Ccleaner and post an image of the results for me. That can't be all temp files.
 
I haven't run CCLeaner yet but I'm pretty sure that it's actually 10-20 GB of Internet cache because the PC is used by the whole family now and it visits 2000 pages a day, easy.

Even if you did do that, you wouldn't build up 20GB of temp files that quick.
 
Do what you've been doing, but after clearing the cache run it again immediately and see what it says. It's possible it says it's deleting files but really not, no way are you getting 10-20GB of pure web cache. Even if you visited thousands of websites.
 
The built-in System Error Reporting service will quickly rack up serveral gigabytes of log files if the smallest thing goes wrong.
We used to have a lot of issues with Windows Update at work, and I actually started 'forcing' the issue. Upon failing to install 1 out of 11 updates, it would rack up 18GB of logs. I had a lot of free time, so I started installing those exact updates and it would vary from 12-18GB of log files across multiple PCs, even though I had just ran cleanmgr.exe and CCleaner from Safe Mode prior to updating.
