Low Frame Rate in Microsoft Flight Simulator

Hey,guys I just purchased a new desktop,the specs are in my signature,I am getting a 12-15 frame rate in Microsoft Flight Simulator X Deluxe Edition,I have installed all the latest drivers,and I am using a Dvi cable plugged right into my Graphics Card.
Please Help!!!

Which version of flight simulator are you running?

One thing you can do is go into the graphics settings and change "Target Frame rate" to Unlimited. (It's a slider).

Oops,forgot to mention its Flight Simulator X (Deluxe Edition),and I did turn on the target Frame Rate in EVGA Precision,and I turned off Antialiasing,and changed the filter to Bilinear,and getting a frame rate of 18-20.
 
is it maybe the game who doesn't use all of your cpu cores?
just a thought...

Don't use EVGA precision. And I meant turn up the target frame rate in FSX.
