Low Virtual Memory ?

Just a quick question when a computer starts to display the message low virtual memory, what do you have to do to stop this and increase memory ?

Add more memory to your system or close some open apps. We get this a lot with our windows 2000 machines with 250 or even 128 that still reside on our network we usually just add more memory to them..

Alternatively, at no cost, you can simply raise the amount of page file. For XP, right click my computer -> properties -> advanced tab -> manage virtual memory. This is definitely not as ideal as adding extra physical memory, virtual memory is considerably slower, however it represents a quick and easy fix.
