LPT1

Hi all, I'm new. I recently bought a CNC machine plugged to pc by LPT.
I can't set parameteres!! The problem seems to be the lpt adress.
By debug of 0000:0408 memory cell the system shows BC 03 78 03 78 02 ..... so the correct addresse shold be 03 BC, right?
... but nothing seems to work properly. I'm running on windows XP sp3 32bit. The card driver shows 0xDE00 as I/o range.
I meausered the signal on pin 2 and 3 of parallel port and it is allways 3.17 V, constant.
Does anybody can help me??

Are you using an integrated parallel port or is it an expansion card?

Usually there are BIOS settings that allow you to configure the device memory address as well as protocol such as EPP/ECP and similar.
 
It's an integrated card SUNIX. The driver allows me to choose EPP mode, and this is correct, but it seems that I cannot control the signal.
