Hey how do I determine the MAX Ram and COMPATIBLE Ram I can use with a certain MOBO ?

Also what Cheap MOBO do you recommend for a cheap Dual Core CPU ?

I got my eyes on this CPU .....
AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+ Brisbane 1.9GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 Processor - Retail for $69.

Now I found a few MOBO's I like that work with this CPU.
I know have to determine which is the better onboard videocard.

Which one of these is the best Video Card, name one ?
