Mac Mini Problem

I have a Mac Mini and whenever i turn on the computer I see the white screen with the Apple logo and that it is loading. But then after about 2 minutes the computer turns off and I cant access anything because the os doesnt load up. Any Ideas on what could be the problem?

Try pressing Option-Command-P-R until you hear two beeps and see if that does anything

You could try booting into verbose mode (hit F8 at boot and type "-v"), then you might get some idea of what's going .
