Hey guys, im new here. but i just had a quick question about my PC. if i have 2 separate hard drives, can i run Windows 2000 on one and MAC on the other?

you can but running the mac will be very hard. i have a friend that did this and he said it took him months for the mac os to work properly.

I don't think he'd have too much of a problem. You don't need to make a Hackentosh anymore, since new Mac's run Intel chips.

Mac OS still requires propietary apple hardware to run on PCs, and yes, that's exactly what hackintosh is for... I don't think there is a hack to allow PowerPC- based versions of Mac OS to run on PC because of the different platform they're designed for. Hackintosh, however, is illegal.

So, while it is possible to run Mac OS on a PC, it's illegal and, hence, we can't discuss it here (the rules, you know...). If you decide to go that route, you'll have to help yourself.
