MAC on Intel

I really may never get my studio back together.
I read in a mag the mac will now use intel chips this being said will i be able to build my own make machine like i would a machine that would run windows?

Question asked because the studios i have been in reently have been run a mac OS they seem to be fairly quick and they keep telling me they are ultra stable i haven't touched a mac since i have been out of school so i am far from familiar with the os, any help would be greatly appreciated

Yes. The problem is there will still need to be some other hardware alterations for it to be completely compatible. It will be possible to do some kind of install with it but don't think for one minute that it will be the full glorious Mac OSX OS.
