MAC - organizing files in application folder

hey i'm fairly new to mac, and I still haven't been able to figure everything out yet. I have a macbook pro with Mac OSX 10.4.9.

I have adobe CS2 installed on my mac. However, all the individual programs (photoshop, llustrator, indesign, etc.) are in my applicatons folder, and I would like them to be placed inside a subfolder called "Adobe CS2."

Well I created the subfolder, but when I moved them into this subfolder, something is all messed up. Every time I open up a program, like indesign, it says the program has been moved and repairs need to be made. I was wondering if there is a way for me to organize my applications folder so that I can have subfolders, or if I just have to deal with the clutter the way it is.

Thanks for your help!

Application folder is the folder where program goes, it's installed there. you can't just move em out of there like on windows, programs might/will not work, why not just create aliases in your "subfolder"
