Mac OS X Tiger and Windows 7 Home Premium backup on one USB. What problems are there?

I am using one usb hard drive for both of my backups, I am in the middle of backing up my Mac with a backup program called SiverKeeper. The windows program I use for backup is Paragon Backup and Recovery 10 compact.

It's an 80gb drive, by the way. I have made 3 partitions. One is for my mac backup. The second is for my Windows backup. And the other is for storage.

Both of the backups will be bootable when you start up the computers when you plug them in.

I was wondering if when I finish backing up the mac to the first partition, and then when I back up windows to the other partition, will it mess up? When I plug the drive with both bootable backups into my mac, will it try to boot the windows backup and or not boot up the mac backup? And when I plug it into the Windows computer, will it try to boot from the mac backup, and or not boot the windows backup?

If I will run into problems, can anyone tell me what they will be, and how to fix them? Thanks. This will also be a good thread for future problems like this. Thank you all!
