Macbook Pro core duo NEED ADVICE

So this guy offered his Macbook Pro core duo 1.86 Ghz, ATI 128MB, 512 MB ram, 80GB HD, for $1300 shipped. Should I jump on this? I've heard so many good things about apple that I really want to get one.

It comes with Apple care for 9 more months. What do you guys think?

OOPS! Good eye Nero! It's a core duo not a core 2 duo. By the looks of it... I should just buy a core 2 duo with 1G ram for 2,000 huh?

well the core duo is still a pretty darn good CPU, so it dependes if it is worth the extra $700.
