My workplace has this magic card plus that erases everything on restart. It for "safety", even though no anti virus can operate on this comp and the drivers last update is from 2001, so i dont see the safety in this.
How do i disable this stupid erasing software? Its completely useless - it forces you to use explorer 5, which basically says to viruses "come and get me".
And no, i wont get fired if i remove it. Basically no one cares(except me who actually gives a damn about performance). Seems like someone thought they were smart putting this software a gazillion years before, and didnt think past the next day.
