magic jack question

A year ago I purchased a prepaid 6 year contract with magic jack for about $120. They just deducted $20.91 from my bank account for what they claim is my "annual fee". They do not answer my complaint but just email a form letter that doesn't address the issue. Is there some agency where on line complaints can be filed?

Are you sure you paid the whole $120 up front and it isn't paid $20 annually for the 6 years of the contract?
