Mainboard temp sensors

According to PC Wizard -my mainboard temp is 92 C.--sounds a bit high to me---processor is only running at 40/42. Speed fan also shows the temp2 sensor at this same temp. Could this be a sign of problems with the MB-I do have noticed an issue of the video (dedicated 9600 GSO) going blank sometimes--have to restart and then things are fine-Not sure what to check next-PS-new mb-or new Video--which is only at 40c at idle.thanks for the help.specs are in sig.

You sure it is not 92F? If not, then it more that likely is an inaccurate reading from your utility.

yeah, speedfan and this other program told me that my cpu was running at 79C idle.
then i downloaded AMD overdrive and it told me mid 30's.

so the programs are more than likely inaccurate. try to use everest, because that seems to be a good one for me.

Just to make sure it wasn't a bad sensor issue---downloaded the most up-to-date chipset drivers then installed ati overdrive---still says the sensor is at 92C not 92F-also the onboard video goes out after about 5-6 hours of being on.any help would be apprecitated.

I've found HWMonitor to be the most reliabe program. as said before update all your drivers and do windows updates as well.

Bios doesn't show that sensor-so not sure if I should worry or not-I guess if it fries itself -I can get a new build at tax time.
