Major Help Needed!!

Hi, i have a core 2 duo 2.13ghz, Inno3D 7600GT, 300gb samsung hard disk, samsung superwrite master dvd rom..my problem is..whenever i insert a cd/dvd into my computer..it lag like hell..especially installing games..i changed 5 drives and yet all 5 causes lag..i sent it to the shop not even they can solve my problem..is there any1 out there wid solution to help me? IM SICK OF THE LAGNESS!
 
erm..like my computer suddenly read a lot of thing causes heavy lag..wen u play movies..itz like watchin pictures by pictures..installin game..i tried at my old pc using all the drives i bought..it takes 30 min..in my new pc..it takes at least 1 hour 30 min ..itz reli drivin me crazy..i checked the cables..changed the drives..nuttin seem to be workin
