question, i was help my friend ut in her pc i know my way around it but i ran into something. on her pc her OS was windows 98 and i was moving it up to xp. i popped in the cd and started to install it.
it went through good the first time but someting happened after i restarted the pc all i got was a black screen with the "_" blinking on the corner of the screen wat does that mean
