Recently, my computer has been acting weird. I'll be in the middle of using it, or even temporarily away from it, and the screen will suddenly turn a deep blue, and it displayed this message:

Well, you guys are my technical support group haha. I am running windows 2000, and my computer is a Dell desktop. pLeAsE help me.
