Make a Boot Disk

i need to format my computer and im nto to familiar with doing this.... i know i have to get to bios to format it, and i need a boot disc to do this.
I was wondering if someone could help me out throughcreating this. The program i have is Nero (bot disc has to be cd)

you dont have to go to BIOS to format your harddisk
and if you are gonna format you will need to install windows again
The windows CD you have is bootable
just put it in the CD-Drive and go to BIOS and set the first boot to CD-Drive (If needed)

Normally tap the delete key when you first start the computer. It could be different.

On a side note what o/s are you using?
