make Buddy icons

I want to know how to make buddy icons that change. like where the icon plays a loop or a small movie. any help? thanks

what are buddy icons? like an AIM icon? if so just make a gif they work for aim (not for messenger which I use tho ) you can use adobe image ready to make an animated gif or another similar program.

you have to use animation.. try.. adobe photoshop imageready.. if u have that.. or try other animation tools..
