Making a new computer

about a month ago i posted a similar topic about my future computer, but i decided to wait till amd lowers prices

i was wondering if anyone could take a glance and see if all the parts ive assembled are decent and are compatable with each other

This is what im leaning towards in buying (not too sure on the mobo...dont know anyhting about them)

once again, can anyone tell me if these are all compatable with each other
Also, if you have any suggestions at all, im all ears

any help is very much appreciated
 
my budget is around $800 give or take...doesnt have to be exact

i was also wondering if it would be better to switch to ddr2 and am2 mobo
