Yes you can. If it is a dedicated GFX, you can. Integrated? Nope.

As I said before, thats not always the case because different manufacturers may use different interface types, since they aren't standardized like desktop PC video cards are.

dude its not AT ALL worth it to game on a laptop. just spend it on a built/pre-built desktop.
