making icons bigger on the task bar windows 10

I have some shortcuts (icons) on the task bar. The desktop icons are alright in size.
How do i make them bigger on the task bar? Mine are very small.

If you right click the task bar and go to properties there's an option for 'use large icons'

I did try that beers and the option is not there.
it was available like that in 7 but not 10.
I've done it with 7 like that.

that option is not there. use small taskbar options.
Ill try playing with the res in a bit. if i run a utility like a email
client (thunderbird the characters are very small. going to web
site like here is ok. bring up a doc file its small.
