Making my bosses PC silent?

Hi people
Im on a mission for the boss :/
He has a LGA P4 and a normal ATX case with 2x 80mm akasa fans. Also a PSU 350w PSU that come with the case :/

But it is noisy :(, mega noisy lol sounds like a small aircraft while running!

So guys I need some advise for a:

  1. new silent PSU (around 350W)
  2. 2x 80mm silent case fans
  3. a HSF that is uber silent for a LGA775

BTW im from UK so links to online shops, etc... will be much apreachated.

That Seasonic is a great low-noise PSU. If you're looking for something completely silent try the FSP Zens or Silverstone NightJar. Ditto for the HSF. If complete silence is desired, a fanless heatsink or watercooling kit could be used.
