Malwarebytes Dangerous?

Hello All,

I have seen John recommend Malwarebytes several times so I figured I should download it. I went to their website, clicked the free version, it took me to another site then my McAfee Site Advisor said that the site is dangerous and the download could be harmful. It's not that I don't trust you John, I just thought it was strange how McAfee did that.

Any confirmation that Malwarebytes is safe?

Malwarebytes is fine, you obviously went to a bad site claiming to host Malwarebytes when they didn't, happened to me before.

You need to carefully read what you click on before you click it. You CAN get redirected to download other misc. crap when trying to install MalwareBytes.
