Marware?

I got a message from windowscontrolscanning.in that I have all these sercurity risks and for me to download their zip file. I put windowscontrolscanning.in in the address bar and nothing came up. I downloaded Malwarebytes free trial and got rid of 8 files. So I ordered the full version of Malwarebytes from amazon.com and I'm wondering if this will take care of the problem? Or will I need to do something else.

You didn't need to purchase anything. I'm at work now but if you can post the malwarebytes log along with a hijackthis log it would help.
