Mass bitrate converter

I have over 100 gb of music, that is in various formats (mp3, wav, AAC), and at 320 kbps. I need to reduce the bitrate of all of them, and convert them all to mp3 before I can put them on my phone. Is there a software that can mass convert all these audio files at one time. I've used several programs that claim to do this, but they either 1)have a limit on how many files I can convert at a time, 2)are a free trial version that has limits on the functionality, rather than time 3) filled with bugs 4)overly complicated. Suggestions please???

I used that one time, and It had a limit on the number of files I could convert at a time. Did that change? Or was I doing something wrong?
 
I never had a problem with the limit...
Maybe you did something wrong or used a different program which looked similar to that one...
Just be sure to download and install the newest version.
 
100 gig conversion. How many are you trying to do at one time?
You can also look at Irfanview. Supports batch renaming and file type.
Ive used for batch renaming only in the past. Its freeware. http://www.irfanview.com/
