Mass E-mail sending software

Hi,
For my business, I often need to send out email messages to a bunch (around 100) contacts. These are folks that I know, and who want what I am sending -- I'm not talking about spamming anonymous folks. I can't send mass emails because they caught by mail filters. Up until now, I've been having an assistant manually send the same message in individual emails; obviously this is a big waste of time. Does anyone know of some software that could help me automate this process? Thanks a lot!

If you have access to a server that runs asp scripts and the possibility of Access database connection, then this is the best solution: http://scripts.ocean12tech.com/asp/mailinglist/
It can handle thousands of e-mail addresses (20,000 mails are sent in approx. 1 hour).
