give ur specs and ur FPS and settings/resolution, i got a e8500 @ 3.8 Ghz and a 9800 GTX+ oc by BFG
im getting around 45-60 and when it saves or loads it dips below 20.. you guys? im upgrading to a sapphire 5850 1gb soon do you think its my GFX card? i got everything on and 16X AA and 1920X1080

im on a Q6600, HD4850, 2gb of ddr 1066 w/ 5-4-4-12.
running on max, 1680x1050, 12 hours in without a single slight fps hickup.

Well Idk how to get rid of v sync so im always at 60fps, unless fraps twitches and hits 59 and 61 randomly. Once in awhile it drops down to 45-50fps when talking to someone its kinda weird, but regular game play has never dropped below 60fps. Running it maxed @ 1920x1080. specs in sig

I'm running this game using the laptop in my sig!

I havent run FRAPS while playing so I dont know the fps but it looks great, plays great, no jaggies, no lag..

I'm actually pretty surprised that it runs so flawlessly!

Also, I'm not a gamer--but this game is fantastic!!

Specs:
Xbox 360

Result:
Game running perfectly. :P

Brilliant game too. I usually go to sleep fairly early, to be awake at work. but last week it was late pretty much every evening. :P what a great game. (imo ofc)

why on earth would they force v sync? that's the stupidest idea since the DVD Rewinder.

Maybe try using CCC or NCP to force vsync to off?

The same...results with slightly better specs.

Game AI is still horrible as ever...glad I only borrowed it. Bought Bioshock 2 instead and am happier for it :P

I quite like vsync, I use it in every game I play, including MW2

i always turn it off,i heard it limits your frame rates aswell...or is that the whole purpose?...ohh i dunno but yeah i turn it off, aswell as Motion Blur,I hate that.

Motion blur i can stand. vsync is only good when you get a framerate higher than your refresh rate. if you get bad framerates to start with then vsync makes it worse.

don't forget to turn off the multi-core in task manager. the reason why the loading screens are long is to do with some dual-core conflict, it doesnt effect performance either :)

I use vsync for any games....tearing bothers the living hell out of me as 99% of the games my FPS can stay stable @ 60.
